Brakes would be dangerous. There's no freewheel either as that would be dangerous; the last thing you need when there are several riders bunched together at 45 mph on a banked track is someone suddenly slowing down. The only way to stop is to steer upwards and slow down, and then just ride out until the speed's gone and you can stop by pushing back on the pedals once you get down to about 10 mph.Originally posted by Halo Jones View Post<noob mode on>

Not judging by last nights documentary. I know it's partly the training but expect she might be 'prone to flesh' round the bottom half when the training stops.....Comment
