Well VAT is the only tax we HAVE to pay so that has to be included

A %-tage of corp tax paid based on shareholding (ie: 100% shareholding then all tax counts, 50% shareholding - 50% tax count). Same approach to other taxes paid by firm - business rates, PAYE etc.
