Ahh very sad, always remember him in the classic Poseidon Adventure. Classic viewing on hungover Sunday afternoons. His IMDb page just goes on for ever!!! Not many people have work ranging from the Dirty Dozen right through to Spongebob Squarepants

Rose tinted specs...it was pants and so was tulipehawk!Originally posted by original PM View PostWell it is now but not for its day.
Was better than Streethawk though and the intro tune for Airwolf was also epic..
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
I preferred version 1!Comment

Pssst, that was Lionel Stander:Originally posted by TimberWolf View PostIt was moider.

and unfortunately he's "been deed" since 1994.
Edit: I see Dodgy's had this conversation with someone else already today. If Ernie is up there I'm sure he'll be heartened to know that his work is so fondly remembered that he even gets credit for stuff that wasn't his.

It has the makings of an amusing myth and therefore has my support.Originally posted by Gentile View PostPssst, that was Lionel Stander:

How odd I thought I was the only one who got him confused with Ernest.Originally posted by Gentile View PostPssst, that was Lionel Stander:

I remember when he used to play piano badly for comedic effect:

> sniff <
And his unforgettable appearance on I'm A Celebrity:

It made me fondly remember his previous seminal work in other childhood classics such as Rentaghost and Porridge. I never knew he was such a great character actor: I actually believed he was English back in those halcyon days of childhood.
And of course who could forget his classic early work:

So long, funny, serious, bush tucker bug-eating man. We'll not see your like in these parts again any time soon.
