Why single out benefits cheats? Why not muggers? Or drink drivers? Or drug dealers? Or shoplifters? etc...

Sounds like picking on an easy target. If I was going to follow a life of crime, claiming a few quid I'm not entitled to seems less harmful than robbing old ladies.

Anyway - how would you get the pin into the lamp post? It would bend, shirley.

It is relevant though, you can't be in touch with earners of less than 26,000 (the household income average) - who are in fact, the majority of the country; and the people that idjits like him are supposed to be serving.

You don't need to "be in touch" to be allowed to make comments about benefit frauds. After all most of us aren't "in touch" either but we think we're in a good position to lambast benefits claimants, let alone benefits cheats.

By this logic, we aren't "in touch" with the rich either, but we also like to tell them how they're doing it wrong!

I don't even mind if he has chosen to be an interim professional rather than a fulltime resource.

I do mind if he does not get results. Or worse causes a stream of ambulance chasing law suits from claimants that say that they have been abused mentally or physically because some anonymous government official posted a photo up to make them a local version of a pedophile...

The law should be the deterrent not the crowds...

It is important to distinguish between benefits claimants and cheats.

I expect they will get muddled up, just as refugees became asylum seekers, and then muddled withbogus asylum seekers.

All jolly useful at drawing some attention away from the crimes of our betters.

Salary is an indication of success. If you don't 100k a year minimum then you are worthless.

                    Everyone knows that.
