If he just needs reliable people who will make sure the bank keeps working because that's how they will keep their relatively well paid jobs (3-4 times national average), that's one thing - bank will be reliable but probably not super profitable.
If the top banker wants super profitable bank then he'd look for greedy people who'd do anything to make profit for bank.Comment
