    Section 75 on its way to Santander. I must admit I did wonder whether a chargeback or section 75 would be best.

    Fully expect them to argue though. In my case, its a service and breach of contract rather than actual physical goods so I'm expecting hassle.

    Quite funny but with my recent experiences with ebuyer (now they are poor), I contacted santander about 5 times and they never even replied. In the end, I managed to get hold of their customer care team who were good, said they had lost my claim but because of the delay they'd refund anyway plus £50.

    Had a letter next day from a different department saying my claim wasnt allowed under section 75 because I'd used google checkout. Oops.... (Watch this one - if theres an intermediary in between they can get out of it!)

    Oh well, unlucky fellas, too late money in account....

    Not the first time where one department in santander tells me they've lost or never received something, then a few days later I get a letter about if from a different department.

    I really should look for a decent current account because santander are useless...

      Justgo are very good, we used them twice before buying our own one.

      How much were they charging for the week by the way?
