I am lazy. I'm not useless, but I just cannot be arsed. I do however appear to be managing substantially better than some people who are trying very hard, principally because by doing **** all I'm not making things any worse and this is a vast improvement on what they are turning out. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

I am also a senior engineering consultantOriginally posted by russell View PostGod, a project manager, it all makes sense now, now the little respect I had for you has completely gone. Project management shouldn't be a separate job, it's something a senior engineer or tester could do 1 hour a week. I mean all you need to be able to do is use excel and set up meetings in oulook.

and if you think that's all a project manager does, then it's obvious that you don't know what a project manager does and are doomed to be one of the little people forever
+You forgot the best bits
Sacking incompetents
Sacking freeloaders
Blacklisting wasters
Collecting my overinflated Salary
Collecting my Bonuses (earned off the backs of the proles)
