Sweden showed that they struggled with ball into the box last game - so I would be tempted to play Carrol and rest Welbeck
Play downing instead of ox, walcott on the right, milner in the center with either gerrard/parker. One of parker/gerrard will get rested.

And in the final game I would team Rooney with welbeck with young on the left.

Rooney has to start. Absolute no brainer. We lacked creativity and to progress, we will need him. He will also give the team a lift. We were solid against France but did not create too much in the final third. Our goal was from a set piece. Reckon the same team against Sweden though Milner did play well against France. I would also look to introduce Walcott a bit earlier.
