I've seen this position bandied about the job boards but What is a Technical Solutions Consultant?

Don't bother, I googled it. It's the guy that comes in to change the cartridges in the printer and clean it out when the paper gets stuck and sort out other minor problems.

When I worked for the septics some years ago they put that on my business cards and I thought it encompassed a lot of areas and so kept it and I've noticed other people who I've met over the years have started using it.
