No sugar in anything
No fatty foods
Dug and shifted (by hand) approx 20 ton of soil. collected and laid 204 concrete blocks + numeroous bricks
Shoveled and barrowed 6 ton sand & chippings
Shoveled and barrowed 10 ton stone dust
Collected and laid 80 slabs
+ mixed and laid concrete
Moved my mother to her new house
Don't know how many miles I've walked
Haven't cycled anywhere (Too busy see above)Confusion is a natural state of beingComment
