Nope, but I am wearing her school uniform

But if you are totally honest how many miles have you walked/ran/cycled this week?
How many salads have you consciously eaten instead of more tasty yet fattening food?

          Salads every day
          No sugar in anything
          No fatty foods
Dug and shifted (by hand) approx 20 ton of soil. collected and laid 204 concrete blocks + numeroous bricks
Shoveled and barrowed 6 ton sand & chippings
Shoveled and barrowed 10 ton stone dust
          Collected and laid 80 slabs
          + mixed and laid concrete
Moved my mother to her new house
Don't know how many miles I've walked
Haven't cycled anywhere (Too busy see above)

In a famine, we can eat the fatties.

That doesn't seem to add up. Looks like about 5000 calories of work with 10 calories input. Are you sure you didn't eat a bucket of lard too?

I have about 4.5 stone to shift. I packed in smoking last year and ate the planet

Lived on winegums and mints for 3 months
