I find the cheaper the accommodation, the more likelihood of good free WiFi. Campsites and hostels usually provide it free, while flea-ridden, rip-off cesspits that are hotels will probably require you hand over vast quantities of money to use it. Not convinced Ryanair will travel this route though.
