    Well I have autism. Well probably have. And its tough luck. I have to get on in a 'normal' world (whatever the fook that is bearing in mind that everyone is on the autistic spectrum).

              Spending the weekend back in the ould sod, surprise party for eldest brother and then flying visit to the folks.

              Have 5 hours to kill in Dublin, so need to work out what to do tomorrow.

                  WFH today, the rest depends on Mr B's mood. She is currently 3 days into quitting smoking and it shows

                  No cycling for me this weekend as my knee is still recovering from last weekends exertions. I must be getting old, 80+ miles was easy last year

                    IMO you need more cycling. My knee hurts alot over the smallest cycle now. I could manage 115 miles 3 weeks ago before my accidents.
