    Saturday - take the girls to ballet. MrsF is going to an auction to see if there is anything decent there.

    Sunday - lazy day, I hope.

    IMO you need more cycling. My knee hurts alot over the smallest cycle now. I could manage 115 miles 3 weeks ago before my accidents.

    WFH today, the rest depends on Mr B's mood. She is currently 3 days into quitting smoking and it shows

    No cycling for me this weekend as my knee is still recovering from last weekends exertions. I must be getting old, 80+ miles was easy last year
