To be interviewed under caution they have to be 'arrested' so it's not as clear-cut as some of you DM readers might think.
Of course, if they are found to be responsible then I'd quite happily be the one to pull lever and watch 'em dance on the end of a rope.Comment

As someone else has said, innocent until proven guilty.
But as I wrote earlier on ( perhaps a bit too close to the deaths) I suspect manslaughter in the fact that one adult to > 6 children is always going to be a risk.
Absolutely horrible...... Daily Mail readers will be going mental tommorrow.
What grinds my gears is how its bloody obvious to anyone looking back that this whole situation was unacceptable and yet nothing was done.Comment
