Pub Lock In

Was up in Wales visiting a mate over the last week. One night we went down his local for a few pints of Brains.

At 11, landlord declared a lock in and said everyone could smoke. At this point some twot kicked up a stink and stormed out threatening to tell the council.

What would you have done?

Edit: I quit a few years ago but my attitude is live and let live.

In other news, 12 pubs a day are being forced to close.

I remember one local that had regular lockins and the police knew about it,

There were a few trouble causers in the village and the best way to keep them quiet on a Friday or Saturday night was to let them drink until the early hours.

It worked very well.
