I buy loads of stuff from the pound shop. The rubberised working gloves I use I buy several pairs of every time I go there. the same gloves are £3.60 a pair at the builders merchants, why pay an extra £2.60

I saw a pair of pretty good looking rubberised shoe insoles in Aldi for £2.99 today; they were about £13 in the shoes shop. People complaining about Aldi/Lidl/Poundland should really go in to one before critiquing. Way cheaper in a lot of instances, and often better quality.

A pretty decent DAB radio
Extendable shears

Loads of other stuff.

And convenient as its on my way to work, a quick 10 minute pitstop and groceries done.
