Sound wonderfulOriginally posted by suityou01 View PostShifted hang over with a fry up.
Got on my bike and road along the new cycle path past Harpenden and out to Southdown.
Discovered a babbling river and weir I knew nothing about and watched the fish swimming in the river in the glorious sunshine.
Got home and did a barbecue for the wife and kids.
Went cycling again this evening with a friend I am supporting to cycle and get fit - a simple 5 miler bless but tops up the overall miles.
This enforced bench time / recovery time is shaping up.
Keep up the good work!

Sorry MF, but it's impossible to chuff when one is bicycling: the primate reflex of the defunct male childbirth reflex to expel methane from ones anus normally results in a very soiled saddle and squidgy undergarments.Originally posted by MarillionFan View Post...awful trapped wind I had was too much to bear and needed a safe location to expel it, so cycled back parping.
