Chances are if you are farting whilst under anaesthetic they will shove a cork up your bum.

I'd eat spaghetti - try not to chew it though, so if you do choke on it during the op, at least the anaesthetist can pull it out of your throat and lungs easily.If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment
