I took up this offer earlier. Waited 5 minutes in line for them to try to 'get to know me' by asking me my name and then instantly forgetting me, before handing me a cup of lukewarm milk.

Best Starbucks coffee ever, but I'm sure 95% of the taste was because it was free.

I got one. It seemed in Newcastle they were giving other variants than plain Latte for free, but I didn't realise until too late.

I don't really like telling them my name, hope it doesn't catch on.
