No, he was banned because he invoiced less than £1000 per day which disqualified him from being on this forum.

Bans should work the same way that failed logins commonly do - each 'wrist slap' ban is automatically twice as long as the previous. None of these daft 1 day bans.

I think longer bans for 'proper' bannable offences are required. Neither Scotspine or Ferret would have accepted the last few days of all three (plus maybe a few more) would have been bounced for 10 days or a perm ban. Present mods ban for 'boredom' and don't keep the boards clear of the proper nasty stuff IMHO.
