    Maybe they need to change the date from 8th March to 1st April.
    Another clause would outlaw "psychological violence" – defined as "seriously impairing a person's psychological integrity through coercion or threats".
    It sounds like most advertising, public safety announcements, government edicts and laws could be criminalised under the new bill if you interpreted it widely enough.
