Other than that, and what's already been written into the T&C, the rules are arbitary and subjectively applied.

If Churchill would take his head from out of his arse once in a while, he might just realise that Zoiderman has already been warned about profanity. If I was upset and crying to mummy because some moron had insulted me, I'd have banned him years ago.
