I should have expected something like that as it is general.

Brillo, I love Olympic Games, but I hate all the hype. It is more about "selling the UK" than the sport, the tail wagging the dog. I especially hate opening and closing ceremonies.

I'd sooner it was held elsewhere. Then we'd have another 10 billion spare for George to spend.

Probably the worst and cheapest ever - only know the date at the moment, bankers meant to sent it to me end of last year but extended deadline until end of March

Its a fair comment about the hype. But I did want to go just to take the kids. I thought there was 1 ticket site - not 1 per country. Also people should only have been allowed to apply for 1 ticket per person.

As for the money, I hate the sponsorship but I hope the games will return a profit. As technically it is the London rate payers who are on the hook for the debt - and I am one of those!

Typical leftie hypocrite. Moan about bankers and capitalists all the time - but give you are freebie and you jump all over it.

You are no better than Tony Blair.

Thats because all the money is going to the investment bankers. These people have speedboats to maintain you know.
