A share issue was tried before, nobody bought.

That is the best bit. They set up a fighting fund which raised 500K.

Their tax bill is probably about 90 million by now and have a history of non compliance with HRMC being instructed not to agree a CVA in those circumstances. Nothing can be done now.

They might get punted out the league now as well.

Then there's the big tax case decision still to come as well as the enquiry into the use of EBT's / dual contracts and whether those were declared. This might result in them having fielded ineligible players for years and could result in further sanctions such as stripping of titles and trophies.

I never said they won't survive without Rangers, I said they wouldn't function properly, there is a difference!
