Nicotene is a stimulant. Therefore someone smoking in a car is likely to be more alert on a long journey.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

I would rather smokers were fined for throwing all their crap out of the window! Why can't they use the ashtray... is it so bad??

The biggest and most dangerous kunts on the road are middle lane hoggers, fag in hand or not.

To be honest, smoking is bound to make your driving more dangerous, but I'm bvggered if I want more HMG legislation against it.

How about changing the radio station, or a CD. Or winding down the window.
Also changing gear, that might distract you too.
