My one experience of casualty, which was when Mrs Cyber Controller was suffering from a threatened miscarriage, was that they were prompt, courteous, concerned and, most importantly, efficient. 10/10 experience for me and the wife. I'm pleased to report that our little Cybermat was born healthy and well some months later.
Casualty staff by the nature of what they do sometimes have to be brusque. I admire them greatly and I'm sure I would have difficulty keeping it together when most of my evenings are spent dealing with vomit and blood covered drunks who've been brawling in the streets / falling down stairs / whatever.

I am planning a move to NZ too - been there 6 times and love it every time. Got a few things I need to do here first and then "bye bye UK". All part of the 5 year plan....!
