Peeved off with the Syrian ex-pats behavior in London outside the Syrian Embassy but ditto for the recent Congo demonstrations so appears to be a price being paid for multiculturalism
Russia and China proposed an amendment and called for both sides to cease hostilities. Had the amendment been agreed the resolution would have been passed.
