I heard a story on Radio FiveLive this morning that US state schools might be forced, when mentioning anyone in history or other lessons, to tell children if that person was/is homosexual.

I believe you, although not perhaps to such extremes. I guess it is an old tribal survival instinct.

However, if I were a dark, hairy neanderthal in caveman days, and I encountered a blond, norse woman with a splendid white body, would I feel the same way?

Are you angling for CUK Village Idiot status? The Neanderthals inhabited Europe (including Scandinavia) and evolved into Homo Sapiens (of which the Norsemen of Scandinavia are a part). So the scenario you imagine is stupid. However this is on a par with your comments on the other thread regarding the Da Vinci code.
You seem to be joining a group of which Chico and Postman Prat are the founding members.

The neanderthals were beaten into submission by the superior Homo Sapiens, sasguru. Occasionally one shows up in the gene pool - for example, you show classic neanderthal symptoms - a protuberance of the occipital bone; low, flat, elongated skull and sh*t for brains.

That's my point, sh*t for brains, Neanderthals didn't evolve into Homo Sapiens - Homo Sapiens fistfu*ked them into oblivion. It's Darwinian - some of us prove greater than others - it is a burden I bear with humility.
