As Ive said before, societies and cultures develop to fill the needs of their environments. Obviously them darkies dont really have a need to develop skills required for survival in Europe just as them whities didnt develop skills to enable them to survive in the desert. However when these cultures came in to contact with the different environments they adapted.

The mistake you are making is reletively common place. You are looking at what is required to survive in a violent europe and then assuming those same skills would be required to survive in darkie country.

surely the main reason that sub saharan africa struggles has nothing to do with evolution or genetics and more to do with the malarial belt.
If cultural and technological advances take place at the margins then any handicap like malaria f*cks you over before you can even get going.
