As far as Blair is concerned, I think an unjustified invasion of a country that resulted in 10s of thousands of extra deaths to no purpose whatsover (with many more to come, as Iraq is now falling apart to almost nobody else's surprise) makes consideration of extra funding for schools' IT etc rather irrelevant. The only good he did that even begins to counteract that was the progress in NI.

One could probably make a long plus list for Adolph, like curing rampant inflation, inspiring youngsters etc. but nobody ever does.
