I predict that liebour will lose 150 councillors and 10 councils.

Not sure the Tories will gain many councils...if at all

I'm onto Laphroaig whisky tonight LB. Had a really hard week with 2 clients all demanding results at the same time. Worked 19 hours on Sunday...jeeez...and no bank hols either - worked through. Mrs hyperD was studying for exams as well. This weekend we'll relax a bit. Hence the venture into watching the elections, drinking whisky until the late hours before I have to meet client #1 for a chat and client #3 for a telecon...
Haven't had any Laphroaig for a while. Quite a peaty little number. I'm quite partial to Talisker and went to the distillery for the tourist tour. Quite interesting. My favourite of the sort of malts you can get in a supermarket is The Macallan 18 Year Old.

I hope your clients are making your titanic efforts worth your while, hyperD. It will certainly make that whisky taste all the sweeter.

I agree with that assessment. Against all expectations in the run up that would be a good night for Labour and a poor night for the Tories.

I spent a year in Shetlands in 1990 - Busta House near Brae - loads of whisky there - one called "as you like it" (?) was about 70% vol. Great place for whisky...

They seems to have improved, which is good enough - the key to power is making alliances, a lot of councils seems to be hung, so Cons should make reasonable deals like the one in Brum, this way NL will not control councils even though they have got more councillors.

Heck, if Cons really wanted to get rid of NL, then they would have made deal with Lib Dems during General Elections and put either Lib Dem or Con candidates in relevant constituences.

Yep, Tories are making grounds but only really on their safe seats. They're 2 coulcils up aith an additional 111 councillors.

Liars are down -8 councils and -97 councillors.

So, I reckon it is medium bad news for bliar - although the stories bandied about that he would probably be moved on if they lost 200 seats was probably pre-election spin to create a vacuum for them to fill without any noise.

Oh, here we go, BBC Election night are wheeling out a liebour drone: Tessalator Jowls, bleating on about headlines effecting the election results... of course you stupid bint - A (for alcoholic, former) Campbell has been playing this one for the last decade!!!

David Dimbers launched straight into Jowls mortgage loans and she went fecking ballistic!!!! This is great TV. I haven't seen the BBC so motivated and vying for blood since the Tories were in power.

Yeah I've seen that too, was hillarious

Something you'd never see on Russian TV as the reporter knows he will be buried 6 ft under the ground...

                      Yeah - it was great!

He gave her some more stick on the perception of liebour through the antics of Prescott, Clarke et al

Great stuff to see the drone squirming...
