                Don't you need some sort of public hygene or food safety certification / pass all the red tape type stuff before you can sell anything food/drink related officially to the public?? especially alcoholic stuff.

                I mean if I go and make some "grandads recipe vodka and it turns out to be lethal as f##k, surely I failed some law or red tape somehow somewhere?"
