They may have not compiled up the numbers but the sales pipeline & booking numbers would have been looking well iffy.

It is understood Mr Puckett would not have had access to any November trading numbers at the time of his share sales on November 17 and 18 and there is no suggestion of any wrongdoing.

As Finance Director wouldn't he be, er, responsible for preparing those figures?
