Anybody ever dealt with any of these "headhunters"? Thick as pigtulip, in ill-fitting cheap suits and crumpled beer stained ties. Spivs and chancers too, they should join journalists, estate agents, MPs and lawyers in the pantheon of society's most hated.
It is understood Mr Puckett would not have had access to any November trading numbers at the time of his share sales on November 17 and 18 and there is no suggestion of any wrongdoing.
As Finance Director wouldn't he be, er, responsible for preparing those figures?

On the other hand if he wanted to get out anyway, he had to pick some date or other to sell, and it was perhaps just bad luck with the timing.
