You are even more stupid than I thought you were. You are a Google rival FFS. Think like one.

How can a leasehold poky flat in Birmingham cost that much ??? Do some maths. I will bet you a tenner that flat will get sold in a year's time for 100K tops. Take this as a lesson learnt. Now dont go blowing that wad of cash on a "new" car.

It could be (in that it seems to be the bank who have pulled the plug) that they've heard a bit of hyper-inflation is about to take place. Which sounds quite plausible. In that case why sell a property for 225,000 when it may be selling for 550,000 next year? Still a little strange though.

          Plant this in the garden.

          Environment Agency - Japanese knotweed

Can cost £20K to get it removed.

Are you blind or stupid or both? I said clearly it's a very good location and it's large 154 square meters two bedroom place. Less than £200k won't buy you tulip in that area.

Unlike you to be so rude(except of course to SG who deserves it). In a years time you will be pleased they pulled out. Pretend you are a tree and say "omm" several times.

He said: "You are even more stupid than I thought you were." I guess he is stupid and you are blind.

It was a good deal and now it's gone - hope I'll get extention on renting for a bit though

1500sq isn't poky. A decent city-centre property could go for that much, easy.
