Fook me that's some form. I remember asking the doctor why I keep getting so much illness, and he stared at me blankly and said "You have 3 small children, they're like petri dishes".
A more common complaint than you'd think apparently.
Cliphead's suggestion about vit C instead of booze has a ring of truth about it. Although to be fair I don't eat that bad.
I think stress can lower you too, and as you all know, work has been a real wheeze recently.Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.Comment
