The bailout has NOT happened. Fact.

      HTH BISFDI.

      Edit : Read here

Members of the New Democracy party, a key player in a Prime Minister Lucas Papademos's new crisis coalition government, said they would not bow to "dictates from Brussels" to give a written guarantee to honor the bailout.

In addition to the second bailout scheme not having been finalized yet payments under the first bailout scheme have actually been postponed pending a written agreement.

Does any of that sound to you like they have been refused a bailout? Bailouts inevitably come with conditions, these are technicalities. The bailout has been offered, Greece will take it, they may drag it out but the Eurozone leaders will want to avoid a Greek default at all costs.

It's not helping the stock markets.

On the plus side what does it matter when Yell goes up 59% and you'd bought £10k last week.

                  Mwuhahahahahahaha.
