Suity unless you want to be on the bench over the festive period I think you should just get on with it and do it to the best of your ability.Comment

I had a project like that at the BBC. The trick to getting the requirements signed off is to have one person, the most senior relevant permie obviously, the MD if necessary, responsible for agreeing them once you have pulled together a coherent set.Originally posted by suityou01 View Post
Today : Suity told not only will I be the BA/BPM architect/Data modeller/Test script writer/UAT document writer/Trainer I will now also be required to be the lead developer.
To wit, I have to develop the majority of it on shore. ..
Also, include in the spec a section for any other requirements permies have mentioned which could be included but, for whatever reason (time, complexity, conflicts, etc), currently aren't.
This sounds like a challenge to be relished rather than dreaded. At least you have freedom to shape the requirements your way, rather than having to struggle with someone else's possibly incomplete and contradictory mess.Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ hereComment

The most senior person is the worst of the lot Owly. I have never ever ever seen anything like it in all my days.Originally posted by OwlHoot View PostI had a project like that at the BBC.
