hmmm maybe you're right... but what would happen to my number?! pmsl
could end up with a new number after all this anyway!
It would be worth it, just to see the anger distorted face of the gimp whose commission you've just snatched out of his very hands.
And to rub it all in, the following day, go back to the same saleman and take out 10 contracts for the most expensive package they have, then the day after go back in and cancel them all.
the guy also tried to sell a "better " deal to me... admittedly the contract rate was cheaper with more minutes and texts but the phone was nasty an I've always heard that network 3 were pants when it came to reception.. he said he'd never had any trouble with it.
I ended up turning it down... oh how I had to laugh when a guy came into the shop b*tching and moaning about network 3 about how network coverage was pants, texts wouldn't be sent and he didn't receive all his texts!!! and even better.. this guy ws based in cardiff, which is where I'm moving to!!!!

ew no to the G&T (substitute with voddy or wine and you're on a winner) and a definitely yes, yes, yes to the massage. When will you be arrive to administer my medicine?
There is an intimate link between poor grammar and spelling, and bad customer service: generally falling standards.
Seriously, though, we would all be in a constant hypertensive state if we allowed poor customer service to get to us. It's now the norm, not the exception. So try a Zen approach.
