                    "More and more" maybe, but starting from such a tiny fraction that's hardly a big deal - non-Java use can increase tenfold without making a big dent. PHP is the biggest competitor (in the web side of things obviously) - the tech you mention are WAY away from threatening Java. Down the line maybe, but we're talking a decade at the least and I think the JVM is here to stay. Even if people say with 6/7 in the event Java is "ruined" which is itself very unlikely.
