I don't know if I want to hear the Welsh gloating for the next four years but it'd be much more bearable than that endless stream of tulipe about 'southern hemisphere superiority'.

I'm pretty sure they'd get a very warm reception at Twickenham on 25th feb 2012, followed by a bloody hard match where England go all out to beat the world champions.

    Good luck to them.
We recently had house guests from Australia. One of them had an interesting "theory" about New Zealand and its population. The term "They're just a bunch of bum-f*ckers!" was used. Sums it up imo.

Unfortunately I think the home nation are going to win.

NZ shouldn't be hosting it anyway, and England shouldn't be hosting the next one IMO. If not for a few blazers who fixed it among themselves, RWC 2011 would be in Japan, who placed a much better bid, and could have attracted a whole new Asian market to rugby. Take it somewhere interesting next time, Argentina perhaps. In any case, take it out of the old and into the new.

You could say exactly the same about the RFU!

Just take them out with the bins. Chocolate teapots, always have been. Wll Carling's ' 57 old farts' statement still applies.

Remarkable that England still qualify for World Cups given the utter incompetence and unsuitability for purpose of the RFU, and a testament to the clubs and schools that teach rugby.

Upon arriving at Heathrow airport, Manu Tuilagi was aksed to
sum up England's Rugby world cup performance.
"World Cup"??? He replied "I thought we were on Mike Tindall's
                  stag do"
Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone

Mike Tindall might have some explaining to do when he gets home to the Mrs; the old adage of 'what goes on tour stays on tour' just doesn't really work at the world cup.

Still, if anyone's looking for an extremely wealthy young heiress with a big booty, there might be one free as of next week. Warning; she likes horses.

Despite my new avatar, I dare not even think about it.

The problem is that every time someone mentions a 'new era' in Welsh Rugby it all goes to rat-tulipe.

Fingers are well and truly crossed anyway.
