My son is at school in Worcester. Because he lives away we got him a mobile and a mobile internet thing from 3. Their coverage checker showed that he lives in a suitable area. However it's obvious that this checker is bollocks and his phone and his internet thing get hardly any reception - the few times he can call us, the phone cuts out. Does anybody know if it's possible to get out of a contract early because the items are not meeting their most basic requitements?

Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

I think there should be a cooling off period (a week?) or something. -

The problem is that it's got increasingly worse over time. He's been at school for a year and at first it was bad but he could make calls home. Now it's hopeless and never gets a connection.
