When I was in NL most TV was via cable. The fire happened in 1956 or 57. Under the thirty-years rule, the information came out in 1987. Nice to know your keeping tabs on current events.
I don't know really. I get cable digital TV from our local supplier. (Well, I can switch to SwissCom or various internet TV providers). But generally, whomever you get it from, it has loads of different languages. Satellite isn't that popular, because you don't need it for most European languages.
