If you've got any sort of "capture" objective, use smoke. It helps a lot.

Load of fun. Couple of hits to unprotected areas but it didn't really hurt that much. Particularly proud of getting 2 headshots and picking someone off after 2 shots (the first as a tracer) at maximum range. Will go again. You have to aim ahead of the target and above if far away, bit like a shotgun, the paintballs are visible but satisfyingly fast. Floors can be a tad slippy though.

Not half. Slipped in a fort structure, landed badly and buggered my elbow up. Still not right a year later.
