Only recently I watched a documentary on Longevity - they sample being a gorup of New Yorkers who had hit the 100 mark - just about all of them were smokeres - drank and did little in the way of exercise - save one who was an avid dancer - the conclusion ?Originally posted by scooterscot View PostThought the risk of death was certain, now it turns out daily exercise 'cuts death risk' perhaps it's because if I run so fast I start to produce a inverse space time bubble in my vicinity, who knows.
Longevity is determined by your Genes and also - very important - being married/having a partner- and having an active social life - an extrovert will outlive an introvert.
Anyway - if you want to cheat Death - Oh sorry - Im not supposed to tell you how to do that !Comment
