"Not transferable" - breach of S.12 'the seller must have the right to sell the goods '

"lots of T&Cs" - depends on how the item was described, an EPL ticket would be void (not allowed to sell, S.12). SPL ticket you are allowed to resell. It is up to the buyer to ensure they can comply with the T's & C's. For example if I sell you a ticket for Hearts v Rangers and state it is Hearts end (but you're a Rangers fan) and you go with a Rangers top on and get refused entry (T's & C's state home end for home fans only), you can't come back to me and say I never made you aware of that. The risk is on you to do your own due diligence.

However, if you asked me will I get in with a Rangers top on and I said yes, then that's a breach of S.13 'goods sold by description must correspond to the description'.

And The Sale of Goods Act (as amended) doesn't apply to private sales.

The only thing that applies is the Mispresentation Act.

In future if you advertise something via ebay then make sure you do everything via ebay otherwise use GumTree, CraighsList or your local pub.
Don't quote tulipe that you read on the internet as fact and also ensure that when you do, you spell that tulipe correctly. Otherwise you're 'mispresenting' the fact that you know SFA.

You are more than welcome to have a read of it:

        Sale of Goods Act 1979

Come back and quote me the exact section that states that where a buyer does not deal as a consumer (in other words a private sale) he has no protection as offered by The Act.

I'm actually quite happy at the moment. I suppose it's just as well that I couldn't give a rat's arse about your opinion.
