They could borrow a few dozen from northen Europe and have them across by this evening. Stick the dye in them as well.

Of course Diana Abbot will moan about it but this has to be sorted before Friday or else it will be madness.

Diane Abbott might be inclined to agree with you. Twitter

Feck that. I want fully armed police on the streets. Shoot the feckers like they do in the US, parents can cry over their 15 year old sons for letting them out and then blame the police.

            Calm down everyone.

The Tories are in, of course we have rioting. Less free handouts on the state mean you help yourself down the shopping centre, 'innit?

Anyway, the prisons are full and the courts are full of people shouting "it's me hooman right!", so no point sending the police in.

Best approach is to open up all the shops and houses and let the mob help themselves until there's no more room in the council flats for any more Nikes and plasma TV's.

Much the same as my suggestion; once the chavs are installed on the sofa watching 'Chav Cum Sluts' on their new TVs they'll all calm down.

That's what the rioters think. Do we want rule of law or not?

Interestingly the boss of Carpetright says that the rioters need jobs. He may not be a hand-wringing lefty.

I would say it was still withing the rule of law if a policeman violently and repeatedly smashed the face of a rioter who has been burning down houses.

It would be a serious criminal act.

And someone will have it recorded on their mobile phone and send it to The Guardian.
