I've got good taps at home but not at the science park, water mixing ain't rocket science is it!?
That place you list was half build when they run out of money and most of building without roof was under rain for 9 months, then someone bought it and finished, I've seen how they build it - nice bricks outside are just one layer covering some tulip behind it (that's my personal opinion - I would not want to rent it, nevermind buying).Comment

Perhaps they figured you might be able to apply a little science to mixing it to the right temperature in the sink? It does have a sink doesn't it? Easy to spot, generally located about a foot underneath the taps, usually white, and as solid as your noggin.Originally posted by AtW View PostI've got good taps at home but not at the science park, water mixing ain't rocket science is it!?

It has been running down dirty pipes for miles, I am sure you can handle it sitting in your ( I assume ) clean sink for 60 seconds.Originally posted by AtW View PostRunning water is cleaner, you dirty cretin.Comment

It's called lack of investment.Originally posted by AtW View PostI've got good taps at home but not at the science park, water mixing ain't rocket science is it!?
Though to be fair, UK Building Regs are quite particular about how hot and cold water mix and that, so we are told, makes mixer taps soooo expensive. It's those same Building Regs which mean you need to buy a power shower to get decent hot water pressure.Behold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.Comment
