If some good can come out of this, it will be that Islamophobes will recognise that just as this man's crimes do not reflect on Christians as a whole, neither should Muslims and Islam be tarred by the crimes of Islamist terrorists.

EDIT AGAIN: ah, his lawyer has just confirmed that the book was written by his client. On that basis, I'm removing the link, as it seems his purpose in committing this atrocity was to publicise it, and I don't want to help him in this.
